Real Stories From Real Clients

We've been creating seasonal floral compositions for businesses and events across Baku since 2019. Here's what happened when some of our clients trusted us with their vision.

Hotel Lobby Transformation

The Meridian Hotel came to us in February 2024 with a straightforward problem. Their lobby felt cold during the winter months, and guests were mentioning it in reviews. Not the temperature—the atmosphere.

We didn't want something that looked like every other hotel. The arrangements changed how our space feels—warmer somehow, more welcoming. Guests started taking photos.

Corporate Event Series

A tech company needed something different for their quarterly meetings throughout 2024. Same venue, different seasons, and they wanted each event to have its own character without feeling disconnected from their brand.

Each arrangement reflected the season but maintained consistency. Our attendees noticed. They started arriving earlier just to see what we'd done with the space this time.

How We Actually Work

Every project starts with a conversation. We're not interested in selling you our most expensive option—we want to understand what you're trying to accomplish.

1

Initial Meeting

We visit your space or meet at our studio. You tell us about the environment, your goals, and any constraints we should know about.

2

Design Phase

We create concepts based on the season, your space, and what makes sense for your situation. Sometimes we suggest things you hadn't considered.

3

Installation

We handle everything from delivery to placement. If something doesn't look right once it's in the space, we adjust it until it does.

We've worked with three different floral services over the past five years. Vrozantha Qamelind is the first one that actually listened to what we needed instead of just showing us a catalog. They visit quarterly to refresh our arrangements based on the season, and honestly, it's become something our staff looks forward to. Small thing, but it matters.
